Transforming Outdoor Frustrations into Dream Spaces

We know starting a project is a big step, so here’s everything you need to know before we build together.

Most deck rebuilds take 2–4 weeks, depending on size and weather.

Redecking reuses your frame with new boards. Rebuilding replaces the whole structure, including framing.

Yes, we always inspect the joists, posts, and footings to ensure the frame is safe before redecking.

Composite decking costs more upfront but lasts longer, resists rot, and requires less maintenance than wood. We find that the break-even point—when maintenance costs for wood exceed the upfront cost of composite—is around 5–6 years. If you plan to stay in your home longer than that, composite is usually the better choice.

If your deck has rotting posts, sagging beams, or loose railings, a rebuild is usually safer than repair. If you’re unsure, we offer deck evaluations that provide you with a full report on the current condition of your deck.

A patio cover can be attached to or detached from the home, but is typically located directly off the back of the house. A pavilion is freestanding and may be 10–20 feet away from the home. Local regulations vary, so contact us for more information on what’s allowed in your area.

Yes, we take care of the permitting and inspection process for all our projects making them a stress-free experience.

We offer shingle or metal for patio covers depending on your style and budget. Shingle roofs tend to be slightly less cost than metal roofs.

Yes, when built with solid roofing, patio covers keep your outdoor space dry.

Yes, we provide financing options so you can spread payments out.

Yes, our work includes a 2-year workmanship warranty, and manufacturers typically offer their own warranties on select products.

Our schedule is usually booked out 6–10 weeks in advance. However, design and engineering, permits, and materials preparations typically take this long anyway!

Yes, we provide free consultations and estimates for all projects. After that we have paid options for 3D models.

Yes, our team is fully licensed and insured for residential construction, including general liability, workers’ compensation, and auto insurance.

Yes, we build decks and patio covers year-round, weather permitting.

We use a mix of in-house crews and trusted trade partners. Most of our decks and patio covers are built by our in-house crews. For select services such as concrete, stone, electrical, plumbing, or gas, we involve vetted trade partners to complete the project.
