From the start of our project, all the way to the end, every employee was so wonderful to work with. Jacob, the owner came out and discussed the process with us in detail. He emailed over 3D images of what we wanted for our final approval. When the contractors came out, they were professional, kind, and always made sure everything was very clean before they left. Waylon answered every question and kept me up to date on how things were going. These gentleman were so thoughtful, they helped a friend move something heavy since she couldn’t do it herself. Our pavilion is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The craftsmanship is top tier with gorgeous finishes. I am so thankful we found Red Brand for our build, as honest, genuinely nice contractors are hard to find these days. I would recommend them 1000 times over again. An exceptional experience from inception to completion! Jeremy returned my call and we established a meeting to go over my visions He arrived exactly on time with a complete folder with licenses, insurance info and 2 pages of references from satisfied customers!  (Exceptional professionalism right from the beginning) I briefly described the idea and left him alone to do his measurements.   He offered the option for $500 to get 3d drawings of the project. I would definitely recommend this! My wife was sold by being able to see a vision rather than imagine it! Next the drawings were sent to view in architectural detail for approval. Wow. We changed one thing and gave the approval. A start and completion date were established and they nailed it even having to deal with some weather. Bringing extra crew in as needed. Omar was our lead  with 2 helpers (Tony, Alex) and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the 3 of them, they were conscious of every detail.  Cleaning up at the end of every workday, even if it meant staying a little bit longer. This work ethic showed in every  Redbranch  employee even if we didn’t meet but conversed by phone text or email.  Communication along the way (Amber, Travis) was great. Working with Red Branch was easy and enjoyable.  Every step, from the estimate to completion, was well communicated and the job was performed in a timely manner. The team of Tim and Jackson constructed our deck.  It was likely one of the smaller decks they have built, 13x10, but their approach was methodical, precise and with great attention to detail. Would absolutely recommend and use this company again.
