I love my new deck, and I know I will love it even more as the weeks, months, and even years go by that it requires hardly if any maintenance!!! Thank you Red branch for a great experience!!!!

Red Branch built a 6' x 8' wood deck and an 8' privacy fence for me. They created a nice outdoor area on the back of my small townhome. They provided plans and worked with me on creating a nice useful space. They are very professional and knowledgeable. A job well done.

About 5-6 months before this project, I started sketching out a design of what my wife and I were looking for. We went through several iterations and landed on a 3-dimensional pergola design that I had created using a nice software package. I solicited bids from several contractors, then I passed a house in my neighborhood where RedBranch was completing a project, so I asked them for a bid as well, providing my drawings as the basis for what I wanted. RedBranch's project consultant met with me to gain further insight into the project, then they submitted their bid. They were very competitive, so they made the top-3 list. When I had small changes, they were very accommodating and ultimately, they were awarded the contract. A few short weeks after my downpayment, the crew showed up to begin the job. Sam, Jackson, and the crew arrived with shovels in hand to begin digging the footing/pier holes. That was the start of about a 2 week process of constructing the pergola. Their knowledge of Alabama code introduced a change request that required them to open a portion of my drywall in the house to install extra blocking to attach the structure securely to my house. It was a minor additional charge and it meant the job would be done correctly. I was very appreciative of their knowledge. A separate masonry crew showed up when the structure was complete to build the brick columns that were part of the design. This process also went well, and the columns look spectacular. I noticed one small issue that needed to be addressed afterward, and RedBranch did not hesitate to commit to resolving the issue. Overall, I am very happy with the work RedBranch did. We receive complements from neighbors all the time on the structure. The crew was respectful and fun to talk with. They kept me informed along the way and listened to my comments when I helped to guide part of the installation that was a basis for work I would do when they were finished. Their bid was competitive, the office personnel were easy to work with, and the crew worked very hard to build the structure so that it was aesthetically appealing as well as adherent to code. It was easy to tell that they take ownership of their work with a goal of making their customer happy. And I am (happy). :)

Jacob and his team (including the office) were absolutely a pleasure to work with. They did a fantastic job on our patio additions and our pergola. Their team was kind, clean, efficient, and always kept us in the loop. I have been referring them to everyone I know. Every project we have done has had some sort of issues and can be a stressful headache, we did not have that with Red Branch, they were on top of everything and took all the stress from us. Kudos to this business! We are so glad we chose you!

Highly recommend!!! Our deck had to be replaced and since it’s very large and about 12 ft off the ground we knew we had to be extremely picky with contractors. Jacob put us at ease from the first meeting, very knowledgeable, transparent, and found ways to save money where possible while still delivering only the highest quality work. Even the City inspector raved about Red Branch’s projects! We knew there was some structure that needed to be repaired but after demo found more problems, Jacob and Travis did a great job of offering solutions and in the end we have a deck that between the materials and waterproofing system we won’t have to worry about it for decades. We also really liked that the demo wasn’t outsourced, we had the same crew from the start for the majority of the job. They were skilled, professional, polite, and we were highly impressed. Can’t recommend them enough!
