JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Skilled Tech – Mason Specialist
Reports to: Crew Leader/Superintendent
FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt
Pay: $20-25 per hour
POSITION SUMMARY
In this role, it will be your job to help us create a variety of structures for our clients out of bricks, concrete, and manufactured stone products. You’ll work on things like buildings, kitchens, fireplaces, and walkways, among other types of structures.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities may include the following.
- Prepare the layout of the project
- Build forms and place concrete
- Mix mortars and slurries
- Drill and cut concrete
- Assemble outdoor kitchens
- Artistically mold and form vertical surfaces
- Building concrete countertops
- Operate hand and power tools including saws, chisels, drills, impact drills, concrete saws and drills, sanders toconstruct and repair structures
- Work will materials such as concrete, block, panels, rebar, etc.
- Identifies, reports, and corrects potential hazards associated with specific task or the project to maintain a safework area
- Load and unload materials up to 100 pound
- Other duties assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- Familiarity with field concepts, practices, and procedures

- Language skills: ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, safety rules, operating and maintenanceinstructions, procedure manuals, and plans. Ability to wire routine reports and correspondence
- Mathematical skills: Ability to do basic construction math, including measuring, transposing, and calculating cut
lengths and basic volumes
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
