As far as career growth goes, Red Branch Outdoor Living is a growing company, and that creates real opportunity. We are always looking for ways to develop our people and promote from within when someone shows the right attitude, work ethic, and ability.

Experience is always helpful, especially for certain skilled or leadership positions. However, we do provide training for some roles. For our field positions, much of the training happens on the job as team members work alongside more experienced carpenters, crew leads, and supervisors.

We are looking for people who are willing to learn, take ownership, and grow with the company.

No. You are not required to bring your own tools. Red Branch Outdoor Living provides the tools and equipment needed for each carpentry crew to perform their work.

However, if you prefer to use your own personal tools, you are welcome to do so. Personal tools are used at your own risk, and if a personal tool is damaged, lost, or broken, it is not replaced by the company.

Red Branch Outdoor Living offers a growing benefits package that includes paid time off, holiday pay, access to health insurance, dental and vision options, supplemental insurance options, and IRA options.

We also provide tools for carpentry roles and work hard to create a supportive team environment with a healthy work-life balance.
